This Return Policy applies to subscription plans and digital services purchased through Washingflushing at washingflushing.ddd.
Digital Service Nature
Our platform provides digital access to movement routines, spatial tools, and related content. No physical products are shipped. Access is delivered electronically upon successful payment.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans (Essential Access and Full Library) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual Studio plans may be eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase date, provided that substantial platform content has not been downloaded or accessed beyond a reasonable preview. Refund requests after this period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us with your account email and purchase date. Include a brief description of your reason for the request. We aim to respond within five business days.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available when:
- The request is made after the applicable refund window has expired.
- Account access was used extensively during the refund period.
- The request relates to a violation of our Terms of Use.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel recurring subscriptions by contacting us or through your account settings if available. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period.
