Routine I: The Floorless Flow

A vertical sequence for narrow spaces. Focuses on ankle mobility, hip opening, and shoulder rotation. Breathing follows a four-count inhale, six-count exhale pattern throughout.

Routine II: Rug Circuit

Floor Mat · 10 min

Low-impact transitions between seated and supine positions. Supports spinal articulation and gentle hip flexor release. Requires roughly 1.5 meters of clear floor space.

Routine III: Wall Anchor Series

Wall Support · 7 min

Uses a flat wall surface for balance during single-leg and lateral movements. Emphasizes calf lengthening and thoracic extension. Suitable for hotel corridors.

Routine IV: The Joint Unload

Bed or Mat · 12 min

Slow mobility work performed lying down. Targets wrist, knee, and neck range of motion with minimal load. Ideal for evening sessions before rest.

Routine V: Desk Edge Release

Chair Adjacent · 6 min

Standing movements performed beside a desk or stable surface. Addresses upper back stiffness and wrist tension from extended screen time. No floor contact required.
